I’m in my fifties now and grew up with Dunkin’ Donuts. Just an observation, spending some long days at the hospital this past week and wanted the experience of DD but the lobby closes early “for safety reasons”. Well I’m sorry to say I moved on to another establishment. The customer experience is everything and without that you are on a downward spiral. Sorry to hear DD closes lobbies early, your coffee is oK not the best and pretty much what you got is the experience. Remember what brings the customer back is “How You Made Them Feel” and I’m not feeling it with DD anymore.
