So out of an iced beverage you actually get about 45% of your drink. That’s a great ploy on your end to make money and on my end the most stupid thing I could do to ever spend money here again. Didn’t ask how many extra pumps I wanted. Just guessed. What being rude. Now they don’t accept you paying with your app. Very rude today. Not even the extra caramel I ordered. Very disappointed.lady was rude and wouldn’t explain why she couldn’t take my app payment but did for others. My kid wasn’t all the way on. Didn’t have a stopper either for my hot drink.

I go here almost everyday. I love it and the service is usually fast and friendly. Only issue is I will come in and see a random target employee that doesnt work in that department , gossiping and taking forever to order one simple drink. She doesnt even notice the line building up behind her or even apologize after she sees.
