First visit was good overall. Drive thru moved quickly but the speaker is really loud. The person working the window almost charged us for the wrong order but we caught it. Food quality was fine, which is a big win in New Lenox lol. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The day crew is awesome. Night time needs help. 3 customers, they had me pull around to wait for A French Dip & cheese sticks. Absolutely NO customer service skills!!! No hello, thanks, not a word when he brought it out. They also put the juice for the sandwich so, it spilled on everything else!

Ordered 2 Steakburgers, and they were both extremely red and undercooked. These are new items on the Arby’s menu, but maybe they should stick to the basics. The rest of the items we ordered were OK.

I’m gonna give this place four stars because it has been hit or miss the times i’ve been in there. At times they get my order right and others they fall short. Primarily they don’t put enough beef on the sandwich Or you ask for horsey sauce or arbys sauce and you don’t get it with your order as well as napkins end up being missed. This is a little ridiculous considering the parking lot is practically empty. It is a ghost town for sure. If I was the owner I’d be scared because this just shouldn’t happen to an arby’s at a busy area such as this. You need to do a little bit better.

This place is hit or miss. I rarely get a satisfactory order, but at the same time I’ve seen friend’s orders come out fantastic. I ordered the French dip once after a coworker showed up with one. Smelled and looked amazing. Mine however was “almost” missing the cheese. I say that because I finally got some in the last bite. Not even sure how that happens. I’ve had an order of curly fries that was half refular fries on the bottom. Staff is friendly and food comes pretty quick. The facilities are clean and well stocked. Just needs work on the quality control side.

Used drive through after Arby’s app menu investigation, but this store wasn’t using same options yet. Cheddar Mac and Cheese wasn’t a direct replacement, just fries, mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers on the meal deal.
