This is not a black owned business. I ordered boneless BBQ wings and received bone in. I was called up to get my order. He opened 2 plates and they were both someone else’s order. I also didn’t Iike that the food was being cooked behind a closed door. There was no container for cup lids. The countertop was sticky from spilled soda.

I hate to leave bad reviews. I came here last week on my lunch break. It was 98 degrees outside and the air conditioner was broken in the store. I placed an order for garlic parm wings. The person at the register assisted the person on the phone and the man behind me while I was the next person to be assisted. They told me the order would be ready in 15 mins. I waited in my car for 24 mins (bc it was hit and busy). The representative told me my order would take an addition 10 mins. I explained I was on my lunch break and needed to get back home to clock in.

I asked for no onions 3 times to make sure it was understood NO ONIONS. I watched the order taker repeat NO ONIONS and punched something into the Point of Sale terminal. I trusted them to make a salad with NO ONIONS. I got home, FULL OF ONIONS, so thinly sliced and intertwined in my salad, it’s inedible. For medical reasons, I cannot have onions. I am now having to throw away my food. And, on top of that, the grilled chicken seemed to have been byproducts of some chicken they had in the back. I won’t be going back. I can’t understand them when they talk, and clearly they can’t understand me. I called them to tell of my disgruntled experience, and they didn’t have much to say to resolve the issue. Hence, me writing this review.

Ordered online. My sandwich was actually not bad but I was afraid to eat it after I saw how dirty it was when I went to pick it up. Service non-existent. Two men working and neither said anything! Not hello, thank you, what’s the name on your order…. Literally nothing. First and last for me.

I forgot to take photos because the food was so delicious. I ordered a lamb Gyro and it’s honestly one of the best that I’ve ever had and that includes the times I’ve visited New York City. The wings are really good. I suggest to order them extra crispy.

My chicken was raw when bit into it, asked for a refund and the charged my card twice one my original perches and when they so called refunded my account they didn’t want to give me my refund they still haven’t now I’m out 32.48 for a meal that was taken back and was raw chicken. The place was dirty the drink was water down this place need to get shut down . Never will I return to any of these locations.
