I came here solely for their square (Sicilian) based on all social media reviews and was not disappointed one bit. Their pizza is all that and more. Perfect undercarriage, pillowy soft, fluffy interior and the sauce was spot on. It’s no surprise many will vouch L&B as the best Sicilian in NY and I agree.

I been meaning to stop here for a while now and I can’t believe it took me so long to eat one of the best Sicilian slices of my life! A friend of mine told me to get a tray and I can understand why because you can easily eat two Sicilian slices! I also had a Spumoni cone and it was delicious and tasted great with the real pistachio’s inside. I can’t wait to come back and have the food in the restaurant!

This is my first time trying out their iconic sicilian pizza square pie and their ice cream. The pizza was fulfilling and the dough was thick. The wait was around 20 minutes. Spumoni ice cream is a must have. We ordered Cherry icy & Rainbow Spumoni. There’s also seating outside which is great. I’ll come back again for more .

If 10stars were possible they would deserve every single one. Service and food were exceptional! From seafood salad, calamari, pasta, meatball heroes, then the ice cream every single item was absolutely delicious. Our experience was beyond memorable thanks to our amazing waiter and staff. Definitely worth the 7hr drive!

Definitely a classic feeling place, the food was fine but nothing special. The spumoni ice cream was more icy than creamy and the pizza was fine but just regular cheese pizza with a square and pretty burnt crust that wasn’t edible. All in all nothing special to me,

Definitely a must visit because of their upside down Sicilian pizza. They have maintained the quality well, the pizza comes straight out of the oven, hot and fresh unlike many other pizza joints where they just re-heat the slices for you. The outdoor seating is amazing and makes your pizza eating experience more enjoyable.

This review only covers the takeaway pizza window and Spumoni/ice cream counter. Order the Sicilian pizza as a half sheet minimum (12 slices in a half sheet) as it comes (forget the toppings) to guarantee yourself a fresh out of the oven pie and thank me later. The sauce here is an absolute stand out and by putting the primary cheese (i.e. the layer of cheese normally on the top of a cheese pizza) below the sauce directly on top of the crust, then putting the sauce on top of that, then finishing it off with a sprinkling of grated cheese, you are left with more exposure to the taste of the glorious sauce and a wonderful texture with just the right bite running from soft to firm. Eat it right outside the window at their many tables and enjoy it at its peak. Top that off with a rainbow spumoni (ordering just a spumoni will get you the rainbow one which should tell you that it’s the right call) which is a mixture of cremolata (vanilla with almonds), chocolate, and pistachio gelato and you have yourself on heck of a delicious meal.
