Was just in your store at stop 11 in Indianapolis. I realized after I ordered I had forgotten my credit card and the young man at the register his name is Kurt was so very kind. I told him I’d go to the bank and come right back and he said no I got you. I’m not eating lunch today, you can have mine wow impressive young man. I will go back in and give him money. However, you need to know what a wonderful young man you have in him. Thank you.

I purchased the new pesto mozzarella sub for 9.50. Very disappointed. Paper thin meat around the sliced mozzarella cheese with pesto, onion and a few slices of roasted tomatoes.

Edited 8/06/2023 I was just in there. Children work this store, dont waste your time. Walked in, no customers OR employees. Stood around for about 60 seconds and still no one…guess i should have stolen a bunch of chips or made my own sandwich. I finally said HEELLLLLOOOO!? 3 little high school boys walked out and never said anything, one mumbled something. I finally said “you slack m’Fers need to get your sheets together! And walked out. I have tried this JJ’s a couple times recently with not so great results….I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS JIMMY JOHNS EVER AGAIN!!! Dont ask for the “Managers” name, she/they wont give it to you!! This location deserves Negative stars. Idiot kids are lazy AF here!

I often order Jimmy John’s as they advertise fast delivery but that is not the case with this location. More than a handful of times, I have waited over 30 minutes for my order to arrive, even after making the arrival time 20 minutes before my scheduled lunch. No one from the store is helpful as they only state they are on their way with no ETA or offer to refund or apply a free option at a later date. I would NOT recommend ordering from this location.

Honestly the rudest employees of any jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The guy taking my order acted like it was a huge burden that I would even speak to him, let alone ask him for a sandwich. Then, when I received my sandwich, I wasn’t given a bag or napkins. But I realized that was because I was never asked if it was for here or to-go. Overall customer service 1/10. Overall food quality 7/10.

I was delivered a bag of chips that had a cut on the bag when It was delivered. They claimed It happened after delivery, when I know It did not bc It was right when I got the chips. They refused to bring me a new bag or give me a refund or credit. Very rude management and staff when I called in as well. So I was charged for chips I couldn’t eat and charged for the sauce for the chips that I could not use. This is the second time something like this happened to me at this location. Will not be going back here.
