Chef knocked it out of the park today, everything was outstanding, giant prawns, prime rib, ox tail, breakfast staples, selections vary weekly

Chef David is an amazing chef and a wonderful host! The service is beyond what you would expect at a buffet in a hotel. The food is 5 star at 3 star prices! You can tell that the chef puts all of his heart and soul into each dish that is prepared for the Sunday brunch. It is a very quiet and beautiful experience along with a phenomenal menu that will make you want to come back for more! Please keep Chef David in your establishment it is because of his food and service that my wife and I will be back at least every 2 weeks!

We went for Easter Brunch. Food was OK but nothing special. Scrambled eggs, bacon and grits were breakfast selections. Omlette station was not manned. Ham, fried chicken and prime rib were meats. Chicken was good. Ham and prime rib were very fatty. Seafood selection was pretty good. Definitely not worth the price. I also did not appreciate a pretty substantial gratuity automatically included in the check as a service charge. Many people there seemed to be enjoying themselves but just not that appealing to me.

No amount of crab meat could be more crabby than the staff here. But don’t let that stop you from visiting! Located inside the Ramada Inn building, this seafood restaurant boasts a very large all-you-can-eat buffet. The good thing is the large selection of seafood, particularly the crab meat (crab buffet is only available on Friday and Saturday nights as of this review). The quality of the crab was great, I was impressed with how well they keep it hot. Their prime rib was also very good. The dessert buffet had several options, but the texture for most of them was pretty dry. They do a very poor job keeping their ice cream station stocked. Their deviled crab has too many spices in it, their fried foods are okay but be forewarned that they’re very filling so you’re probably overpaying if you order the buffet and eat fried food because it will limit how much crab and steak you can eat. The atmosphere is pretty casual, and not too noisy when we were there. Overall, this is a very expensive buffet ($100/couple after tax and tip) but a great place if you really want to eat a lot of crab and steak.

The servers are always friendly and treat you like family. The buffet bar is always clean and maintained. I always eat more than my monies worth! Even the Chef sometimes come out and ask how do we like the food. I drive 75 miles just to eat here . Love it!

It was just breakfast with my family. Nothing to write home about. Though the Stafford friendly and courteous. In truth my breakfast cooking at home was better. For such a really nice hotel I expected more. . . . Before covid even things had started to change at this restaurant. I imagine it’s taken a beating since Covid. It’s changed a great deal since I first started going there. It makes me sad.

Prime rib was horrible, if you like tires eat it. Server couldn’t ring in drinks, my gf had to show her how to use her own pos. And we had to change our drinks because what was on the menu wasnt in the system. And the drinks were terrible when they came. Over priced and over rated. Dead on a Friday for a reason.

Totally found out a week ago that they had a brunch buffet on the weekends so I had to go check it out. Not only was it good but the menu selection was great and the service was top notch! You could really tell the staff cared about your experience while dining and there were so many regulars there you could tell from the interactions with the staff. It is mainly an elderly crowd at this time but everyone was friendly and it was quiet and peaceful.
