I’m always confused why at these places that we have to see a person to put in our order, and then go down to the end of the counter and see someone else to pay. Or sometimes, the same person who also moved down the counter. But the food was very good and served relatively quickly.

To start off they didn’t make the subs correctly even though the ticket is attached, fries were cold, and the subs weren’t cut and were a SLOPPY mess falling apart I threw it away. I called manager did refund but I had to talk to multiple people before I got to whom I needed to speak to. I guess we can’t read here.

Staff is unfriendly and doesn’t care. Sandwiches are thrown together without much thought. Guy behind the counter handed me my sandwich and told me, “Sorry, its falling apart”. Thanks??? Bizarre experience.
