Spending some time over at the Harrah’s Casino across the street and had a taste for some chicken. Harold’s did not disappoint! Chicken breading was tasty and crunchy and the chicken…tender and flavorful . Also got 6 shrimp with cocktail sauce. Same hear, great flavor on breading and shrimp. When we come back this is a must stop!

Food is always fresh and hot. Friendly staff only room for improvement is the drink machine is broken and some of the menu items unavailable. You can tell they are understaffed but they still do their best.

Always super slow to get your food. You can call in 20min in advance they still have you wait longer in the dining area. Might be a contender for worst service in town! What’s the point of calling in!? Every employee has an attitude to top it off! I can see why there’s always a hiring sign on the door smh!

Everytime we’ve gone the food has been good. It’s always hot and the fried chicken is always crispy on the outside. You can’t beat that lemon pepper seasoning either.

Delicious Chicken! I would recommend two things, order ahead, at least half an hour, one hour even better! Second, if you like “saucy” food, ask to be generous with the sauce (extra sauce). It’s worth the wait!
