Zupas is so stingy with their salad toppings. Their mango berry is so good but a large is $11.00 and you’ll get two handfuls of lettuce 1 strawberry cut into fourths, 6 blueberries—if you are lucky and 1/2 Tablespoon of mango cut into tiny squares. See the photos. Mostly you just get lettuce.

I love Zupas this place is fast, fresh, and delicious. I love the half and half combo and typically get the BBQ chicken salad with the Wisconsin cheddar soup! You can’t go wrong! This location has a drive through or a dine in!

I showed up a few minutes early for my good life lane. And that. She told me to go wait in the parking lot not in the good life waiting spots. She said my order was a swiiss. Be ready for a few more minutes so I need to wait in a parking spot. They were no other people in line and there were no other people waiting at any spots. She was just irritated. I came early.. I waited and waited and waited and nobody ever came when I was 10 minutes past even when she said she’d come out I drove back through where there was still nobody in line and she said that she tried to give it to me, but she couldn’t find anywhere, which doesn’t make any sense because I was the only one in the parking. Left and didn’t really park which was definitely not true because I was late for work and she said she’s sorry and she totally was lying to me.

The person that served me today, Ali, did a huge favor to Zupas! Many newbies at this location but Ali that was working the cashier counter noticed us and greeted us out loud which I much appreciated. Then she went above and beyond to make sure that our meals stay meatless per request, although she was not the one making the salads. Then she asked us for feedback on food and service which I feel like a supervisor should do. Go Ali !!! It’s been over a year since I tried Zupas, and you made it worth it for us today. I used to tell people that there is no good service or vegetarian food at Zupas but Ali changed that for me today

I always order on the app, drive through the “good life lane” and get my food as quick as possible! I’ve only had to wait a couple times and that was when they were super busy or if I arrived early for my pick up time! My order has never been wrong and it always amazing!

I really don’t like the new robot (touch screen) ordering. I typically ask for something to be taken off my salad or soup. There’s no way to do that on the screen. I ordered wheat bread for my sandwich and it came on ciabata. Not a fan. Probably will eat here less now.
