Decent Panda Location, food was good as expected, friendly crew . Could use some improvement on refilling the menu items as it was early afternoon and about half were empty

No one working the in store customer line, waited 20 minutes. The manager said I should have gone through the drive through! All the fresh food flew out the drive through as well and not much left for those in line. Tried to order online but the app didn’t work. No fresh food after 9pm as they close at 9:30. Just make sure to go through the drive through before 9pm if you want to eat here.

I used a coupon — two bowls for the price of one. I got the Kung pao chicken and the mushroom and chicken bowls; both over the super greens. Both were very good And satisfying. The two bowls were under nine dollars. That was a good price for the food. I will go back again and use another coupon I got in the mail. I would not buy one bowl for that price, however. I’m very happy with what I got using the coupon. Thank you Panda Express.

This is your basic Panda Express. If you come during the day it might be busy, but food will usually be fresh and strangely service is usually better. The closer it gets to closing not only will food have been sitting, staff will not make anything new. This seems especially true if you get there within an hour of closing. I could understand not making new items a few minutes before, but I’ve been there more than an hour before closing and staff refuse to make something as basic as chow mein. Overall the place isn’t bad. It’s a Panda Express and you get what you would at most others just like it.

I went inside but got food to go. It was mid afternoon and many of the choice items were depleted. I was able to get some fresh orange chicken that was good. The portions are good sized.

On a business trip and decided to patron this Panda Express knowing I have always had good experiences and good food. NOT THIS TIME. Never been more disappointed. Food was under cooked. Fried rice resembled sticky cold burnt rice. Chowmain was cold and over all food was not eatable. Threw most in the garbage. 5 thumbs down.

For over a decade, I (and many others) prayed for a Panda Express to open in Ukiah. Unfortunately after 4 visits months apart from each other, I would say our Panda has nothing in common with the one in Windsor (or Santa Rosa). Food every time is super salty, greasy and overcooked. Currently eating a meal I picked up in Windsor…crisp delicious vegetable, perfectly seasoned, consistently fresh and delicious! If ours were anything like the other Pandas I’ve tried, it would be packed (and I’d be a regular!) Perhaps the manager should check out what the Windsor store is doing right. I’d love to be a customer and write a nice review..

I gave this place 1 star because seriously, I expected better because I’ve had it in other cities and I never felt jipped like here in ukiah. What a let down. Normally I give better ratings for less but, DANG!! I had make a sandwich after. Here is a picture, judge for yourself. Anyway, I hope it’s an isolated incident. I’ll try it again to see if the time of day has anything to do with it. No noodles, no fried rice oh my!!!
