Wow. Very slow. Drive through was packed so I went inside. It was not crowded but the food took a long time to bring up. Probably one of the longest waits I’ve seen. a woman waited at the counter to talk to staff after it looked like they made a mistake and the staff hid in the back making her wait.

I had the pleasure of having Lidia take my order and prepare my food. She was engaging in a very cheerful and pleasant manner, making one feel welcome and valued as a customer. She spoke clearly and had a great command of McDonald’s menu and systems, making the process very simple. I was also redeeming my birthday reward, and upon realizing it was my birthday she amped it up another level, wishing me a sincere happy birthday. To make my birthday special, she even volunteered to personally make a special McFlurry, which was by far the best I’ve ever had. McDonald’s and it’s customers are fortunate to have Lidia as an employee. She does a fantastic job representing McDonald’s best!

Food was great and met my expectations. Service was harsh to see. People shouldn’t be putting others under pressure and assume that they know better when that was not the case from who seemed to be a manager or leader. Give employees the chance to perform and get better. I guess the lesson for management here is to practice patience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I go to this location, I come home with a missing item. Aside from having to repeat my order, more than once, they never get my order correct. I guess I have to start looking in my bag every time before I go, to make sure I have what I purchased. I just went last night, and got home to realize I was missing an item… again. I have to give Merrimack a 5 Star review. It’s over due. I’ve been in the area for 2 – 3 months. And, have stopped here at all different times, and always recieve good service. And, on this sunday morning service was extra special, thru the drive thru. Super friendly.

This place is just like any other McDonald. It is renovated,and modern looking. However it is not clean. There isn’t a lot of people dinning in, a lot of the table has food crumbs and spills. The staff are very nice and kind.
