Stopped through the drive thru to pick up two crunchy taco supremes and two bean burritos. No one else was in line. I was told to drive to the front and park because it would take 10 minutes to get my food since there were “three people ahead of me.” I asked for a refund and the manager told me she didn’t know how to do a refund. I drove off paying for food I did not receive. Well, Taco Bell, you just lost a customer.

Chalupa bread is hard and stale 75% of the time. Cinnabons usually still cold in the middle. Most of the time we only get one of the two sauces we’ve asked for and its an insane amount of the one kind of sauce. My complaints are only for the location at Merchant/Alamo.

I normally do not do these kind of things, however I came in on Saturday and received the best customer service from the Manager I don’t remember his name, he was middle aged, short hair. black shirt, and had glasses. He was attentive, friendly, outgoing, and definitely went above and beyond while I was at the store. This was not just with me but with every person I saw him interact with, he was engaging, moving from side to side, coming up front and back in to the kitchen. This isn’t the first time here and seeing him work like that. Food was hot, fresh, made very quickly, and there was a great sense of team work, between him and the employees I observed. I will definitely continue coming here as long as I keep seeing employees work, and treat patrons like him here.
