Don’t bother with this chipotle location absolutely one of the worst. Every time I come in something is always missing. Either they don’t have fajitas, or white rice ready or some other ingredient. Even if they have something I can guarantee its been out past chipotle guidelines. Guac is always brown, lettuce is dry and turning red…

One of the worst Chipotles around. They are super cheap with their portions and never have anything ready even during the lunch hour rush. Specifically they NEVER have fajita veggies which is the main reason I go to Chipotle! I’ve been there 3-4 times and it’s always been the same story.

Like the rest of the chain, the staffs are well train. The place is clean. The drink station is well organized. However, this place floor plan’s design is flaw. Most of the indoor dinning area is facing the restrooms. So occasionally, there’s floul smell leaks through. On top of it, the top ventilation is oddly placed, so when the AC is on, it’s directly blowing into your head. Luckily there’s outdoor patio, however it’s only viable during decent weather.

When you ask for double meat (protein), it should be two full size servings of protein. Not 1 and a 1/4 servings of protein. The price of these burritos are already crazy insane, at least give us what we pay for. This last visit has reminded me why I stopped going to chipotle. One of the worst locations I’ve been to. I’m an avid fan of chipotle but if this location was my first experience I never would come back. Place is filthy, every table on a Sunday afternoon just completely trashed. Asked for salsa and sour cream. Barely any in the bowl.

The young woman with colored eyes had the biggest attitude today at check out. She didn’t even greet us, just pressed the screen and told me my total and then I mentioned how I had a coupon for a free drink and she said “okay well next time tell me because now I have to do it all over again.” I proceeded to tell her that it was her job and she didn’t even give me a chance to speak and she doubled back with even more attitude. This is not the first time she’s been disrespectful and sassy towards me, and I’ve seen this attitude with other customers as well. Never coming back, f this place.
