Had Philly steak and cheese it was like a half a slice of cheese the meat was dry I asked for some aujus didn’t have any. Person with me had a big steak omelette she asked for some salsa they gave her something that looked more like ketchup. Waitress was very nice.Won’t be going back there .

Food was excellent, service not so much. We had to ask the waitress to bring us our drinks after she took our order and then sat on her phone at the front for 10 min then she acted confused when we asked for them. Most of the employees seemed annoyed that we were there.

My sister-in-law gave me an IHoP gift certificate for my birthday so my wife and I decided to go there last Saturday ( August 5th, 2023 ) late in the morning for a meal. After a brief wait to be seated ( which appeared to be more about the staffing level than the amount of available seating ), we were taken to our table. Our waitress brought our drinks out promptly and then took our order. Since there were several other families in our section, I was able to tell that she was coming back regularly to check on everyone’s situation, get more drinks when requested, etc. When we received our food the presentation was good and the food was definitely warm and tasty. Since I really hadn’t had much to eat prior to this point, I tore into this meal quickly. In short order it was gone, but not before my wife had tried a couple of bites of the rice and a bite of the mac & cheese, both of which she liked. My wife enjoyed her meal as well and we didn’t encounter any issues with delays, cold food, etc. that some other reviewers have noted.

The hostess was great, our waitress was great. Very accommodating. Something is wrong in the kitchen. Not that busy, yet it took our food over an hour to get to us, so it wasn’t hot enough. While we were eating, 2 employees filling syrup stood at our table and had a conversation between the 2 of them. That was pretty rude. We will give them a second chance.

This is my second time going to this location. My first time was when they first opened, so I gave them a second chance. The first time I went, I had poor service. My food took over an hour and a 1/2 and was not very good. In that time, the waitress never came back to refill drinks or see if we needed anything unacceptable. No matter how busy it is, and it was busy.

The food was great. Our waitress Laila was exceptional. We had Cinnna Stack pancakes, serlion tips and eggs, belgian waffles, hashbrowns, and pancakes. Lots of leftovers! Very filling.

Waitress never returned after serving the food…finally after getting her attention, she asked if we wanted boxes since our plates were pretty full.The answer was a strong NO…The food was not even hot when served. If she had come back, perhaps we could have gotten to explain this.We had to ask for more coffee also.She did come around the register…probably checking on the tip????

We were taken to a table right away and waitress was very kind. Then we ordered and food came out quickly but my pancakes were ice cold the waitress got me another 2 pancakes and they were cold and dry. My wife asked the waitress for blueberry syrup twice and never got it. The waitress also said they didn’t know they would be so busy. The restaurant wasn’t 25% filled. They definitely need better training on the floor and in the kitchen, stop making pancakes ahead and letting them sit. We were in a few weeks before and you were very busy and everything was fine. So now I don’t know not happy don’t let staff tell customers that you are slammed when you are not. Have a good day.

Two of us went on a Saturday at 10 am. There was a wait of 15-20 minutes to be seated, which is fine and expected for that time of day. What wasn’t fine was the 45 minute wait for our food AND even a cup of coffee. We mentioned the coffee when our server brought the food. She said, ‘they keep stealing my coffee’. We assumed she meant the other servers. That’s not even a decent excuse.

Arrived on a Monday for lunch and we were pleased to see no waiting. We were seated quickly and given menus. We decided what we wanted and then waited for someone to take our order. And we waited. And waited. And waited. After 30 minutes of no one taking our order or even offering us water, we left and had a delicious lunch at Backyard, where our server was friendly and attentive. Get it together, IHOP.
