Finally got a chance to visit this little gem in town & this place has the most friendly service! They also have a drive through if your on the go. The green and red sauce is very spicy so be aware! I love the food and I will have to visit again soon, I love food trucks!

I have always loved Nene’s. I love everything I have eaten there, but my favorites are the torta and the beef guiso plate. The staff is really friendly and their pricing is very reasonable. Best Mexican food in Carthage, period. Do yourself a favor, and call ahead just in case they are busy!

I come here like almost every week and never been disappointed. I come here once or twice every week, to have one of their famous street tacos. There are other food are also amazing, and they’re huge!!!! I love that they have the four choices of meat, for any order you choose. Love their spicy green sauce. I highly recommend coming here, and I definitely recommend ordering the street tacos. Great price. I recommend ordering between 4 to 6 street tacos. Best food truck I ever ate at.

Don’t be fooled by the little food trailer. They pack an authentic Mexican food punch that will have you ready to come back the next day! Drive thru is on the back of the trailer or walk up and enjoy your lunch on the outdoor seating!

Best tacos and service in Carthage. The torta is really good, too. I’m not sure why it’s popular around here to use canned corn and parmesan cheese in elotes, where fresh/frozen corn and quest fresco is much better, but that’s what you’ll get. Otherwise, the service is awesome and so are the owners.

My absolute favorite – Torte Al Pastor. The flavor of the pork is magical. Plus the crunch and heat of the jalapeños tempered by the creaminess of the avocado makes this sandwich of ample proportions completely delightful. And do not leave without an Elote in a cup….just incredible!
