Terrible. Over half hour waiting after ordering. Restaurant is filthy. Garbage cans overflowing. Employees on break outside with 20+ cars waiting. Food thrown in bag and all contents of taco/chalupa fell out. Drive thru attendant Kazhmere is very rude. Food quality is really bad even for Taco Bell. Won’t ever be back to this location. For the first time in life had drive thru Taco-bell today here. I was craving nachos & my partner invite to grab it from Taco Bell here because we are on our way to Costco. I couldn’t understand why this place still stand up and how people can come more than once ? Sorry to say, you can go somewhere else and pay twice more expensive than this but you absolutely can get 4 times bigger in size & 20 times tastier than this (home team bbq for example.

I have been a long term customer of this location. But after going to the location during normal biz hours. They decided they would close for a staff meeting. Yet not post signs to say they were closed or lock the lobby door. I was verbally and physically assaulted by the staff for suggesting that if they were closed during normal operating hours to post signs so customers don’t waste their time coming there. FIRE THE STAFF and hire people who appreciate their customers not assault them.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the worst managed Taco Bell I have ever been to. We have been here multiple times and they are closed when they should be open or lock the door and don’t answer the drive-through speaker. If you order with the app and the app tells you that your order was accepted the rude employees tell you that they did not receive the order because they are to lazy to make it and there is no way to cancel the order yourself. The employees there are rude and lacking customer service skills and will slam the window in your face. We have put in multiple calls to Taco Bell to log complaints and have been told that the district manager would call us back and they never do. Don’t waste your time or money with this Taco Bell.

Don’t bother going there. Terrible place. Worse customer service. Never a good experience. Staff never came to the speaker at drive up. Had to asked if we could make an order.Took about 10 minutes to order and get food. Had to ask for our order which was in a bag left on the counter. Rudest attitude. We were told they only had 2 people working and shouldn’t have come there. People were actually backing out of the drive through. The only surprise was that the food tasted good.

Horrrable!!!!! Place never have been to such a bad Taco Bell. I can not beleive!! The lady said I shouldn’t have come cause we only have to people and slammed the window. We waited for almost 5 min to order no hello no please wait. Finally I stayed saying hello? About ready to leave she dose not apologize takes order says is that it. pull up. I pay get my drink. Wait almost 10 minutes for food see as they have our food sitting clearly by the window she walks away I have to wave them over to get it. I said I won’t be coming back and that’s when I was told I should not have come. They should fire her do a hole retraining and staffing.. I say so many cars also pulling out and away from the drive threw leaving. I have worked in food service also fast food over 10 years. We need an ouch of standards. That was my final awful experience I will not be a costumer again which is said growing up on it and having it for maybe years this is what it’s turned into.

By Far the Worst Taco Bell in the Country. The Staff is out of control, rude, disorderly, dirty, and irresponsible. I walked in 830 pm. And they said the inside was closed but what I saw made me sick. Food strewn everywhere, tickets dirty mops to go boxes all over the floors . Employees with pants down to their ankles yelling about who knows what. A kid in the back, one employee cooking (in deplorable conditions) the rest just yelling obscenities to each other. I have to call Taco Bell hQ about this one. Frat house that going to get someone sick as hell. Whoever is managing this place should be arrested. Not an exaggeration. I have never seen a restaurant so in need of demolishing as this one.

Clearly the company can’t pay. Store still not open at 11 o’clock in the middle of the week? I don’t want to hear excuses about people not wanting to work and collecting unemployment and blah blah blah from folks that have never been on unemployment. This a fact: Taco Bell and other companies like them are incapable of paying people enough to want to work there in the first place. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get the food I wanted but you know what? I didn’t need it. And if me not getting my terrible knockoff Mexican food is what it takes for someone else to make enough money to put food on the table AT ALL, then I can do without. Shame on ANY business that can’t pay individuals enough to pay their bills. Companies that can’t take good care of their employees shouldn’t exist. So I’m not really mad. Good riddance.

Worst experience the last 3 times i went to this location. Placed an order on the mobile taco bell app. Drove to the store every time to see that the pickup location in the lobby was closed. Had to get in the drive through line. There were about 15 cars on line. Even though my food was ready I had wait 30 mins to get subpar food that was cold and not prepared properly. Got the new shredded beef taco and the food was stuck to the wrapper. Food was aweful and this place either needs to close or start over.
