Food was on time. The pizza was delicious and good, but our boneless chicken had a long piece of hair in it!! I was so angry that I just threw the whole 24 peace away (lost 20.99 + tax). Hair nets should be required when making food for other people, it’s nasty and unsanitary. So I gave a 1 star.

Don’t be conned into ordering from “pizza hut” app! It’s Uber eats!I received rude call “is this Uber eats or the customer?” without identifying who was. Plus I paid higher price & delivery food twice as much as previous same order. Instructions also not followed. Bad experience

A fly came along with my pizza in and unsealed box today. Store manager had an attitude when I called and reported it. I have sent an email with pictures to the store. Still waiting on a response or compensation!

It doesn’t matter if you order online or over the phone for takeout or anything like that they always send somebody for a doordash to bring you your your delivery if you order out so that means you got to pay extra and you don’t even have a choice I would never order here again

I place an online order for delivery in the amount of $36 they sent an email stating carry out and took the funds. I called this store talked 3 different people. 1st individual which was a guy he hung up after I told him that they sent me an email stating it carry out which it was for delivery. 2nd I called back a lady answered told her the situation. She said it was probably the call center that I was speaking with so I asked to speak to the manager she too hung up. 3rd I call again

Don’t even bother trying delivery! First time, pizza looked like it was dropped. 7 months later, order toppings messed up. 1.5 years later, it’s 40 mins late then I call and said they “can’t find” my order. How do you LOSE a computer entry?! When on the phone it sounds like a teenage slumber party is going on in the background. That place needs management and to GET IT TOGETHER.

I chose the ‘Hut’ by comparing reviews. Pizza Hut’s 5 star rating increased, over the past year, from 24% to 58%. Somebody over there is paying attention to the comments. But, they seem to either ‘knock it out of the park’ or bomb (few, if any, 2-4). Lucky, for me, my pizza was great; just a bit too much sauce, for me. It should be a 4.5. No ‘5 star’ because they didn’t ensure that the ‘safety seal’ had ACTUALLY sealed the box. ♀️

I ordered a pizza and cinnamon sticks, at 7pm, through the website. Paid $27.06. At 7:40 I got a text saying DOORDASH was delivering my order. At 7:50pm I received another text that my order was out for delivery. Then at 8:05 I got an email and text that my order was cancelled. I tried to call the store but they closed at 8. I never received my food and was charged. Thankfully Dominos was open and I quickly placed an order and picked it up so my children would stop screaming “I’m hungry”. I’ve reached out to corporate and am awaiting a conclusion.
