First off I waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told cash only. So I go get cash com back waiting another hour in line only to be handed ice cold fries. And half the order not even taken. So the young kid at the window apologized and said staff made to much fries so all the orders have just been sitting. After driving the 2 minute to my Airbnb I get to the house and the order they forgot had the exact same ice cold fries & burnt Pattie’s on the Big Mac & my doubles quarter. Why make people wait in line for 1.5hr only to serve them ice cold burnt food. Definitely not even worth a star!!

Did a mobile order for two happy meals. After 10 minutes I went in to get them just to be told they are still working on them. So I asked to make sure I have fresh fries. I get them and I asked for extra fries for both and got the kids fries which were cold. So I just told them that they were supposed to be extra fries so the guys manager puts them in the box any old way which they were side ways falling in the box. Service is slow and managers are not doing their job right. And check your food 2 of my nuggets were stuck together

This McDonald’s is horrible! Has the worst service! I asked to speak to supervisor or manager the guy responds to me “ I am the manager bro”. After waiting in a Long as line, they still managed to get my order COMPLETELY wrong. I had to turn back while on the phone with them and they wanted me to come back the NEXT day to get my correct order! HIRE A new more professional manager that knows what to do or what they are doing!

The wait times at any McDonald’s are always slow but this one may have good nights. Either their system is out, or they only taking cash, or times where they only have frys and chicken nugget. This one time they didn’t have buns, not sure what happen there. Definitely do not get the quarter pounder at this location, the meat is always raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. We’ve order it a couple of time and it never fully cook. The down side is they don’t have vending machine in the dinner so you gotta wait to find an employee to fill up a cup. For being a “fast food” place you sure do have to wait more than usual. Also the whole point of those food delivery service is to be in and out and even that is dreadful. The quality of the food is low but it getting pretty pricey.

Since I go to alot of locations I think I’m allowed to say this is the worst one ever. The food quality is garbage and management is nonexistent. This means the employees are free to do whatever they want as the reviews prove. The drive thru is mind blowing you can sit there for 15 mins just to wait for someone to talk to you. The wait for the food can be over an hour which is freaking crazy. Idk how this store is allowed to run the way it is but something needs to change asap!!

Terrible service. Went to the drive thru and just ordered a McGriddle and was told to park, after 30 minutes of waiting I called them and they told me they’ll bring my food out. After a total of 45 minutes of waiting, I finally got my food.

I don’t have high expectations with fast food, but I’m wondering why my sundae cup has frosty dripping outside of the cup, no napkins, and why I had to ask for a straw for my soda. they look like they hate being there which honestly… I used to hate working at McDonalds, too. Lol
