If I could give 0 stars I would! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt I’m always slapped in the face with how awful it is there.. me and my son stopped on our way home and went inside HOPING it would be faster. So we order and get our drink. We sit to wait, 15 minutes already goes by, my son ordered the 6 piece wings which apparently are “made to order” but noone told me how long that would take so once the cook finally seen my ticket and how half of our food from the tacobell side was done and handed me half our items then came to tell us it was going to be another 15 minutes from that point. So I’m mad but still waiting, we eventually get our bag and rush to the car since we’ve now been waiting for 40 minutes and start driving away to find out they forgot the fries to my sons meal. So we park and go back in so now going on 50 minutes and a 20 minute car ride home and my taco bell was soaked from the moisture and absolutely disgusting. I will never go back there. They should close the doors for good because that service Is appalling.. the owner should be ashamed and embarrassed!

I’m giving 3 stars for service because John did make it right. I went through drive through got an 8 piece bucket with biscuits and 2 sides, mash potatoes and gravy naturally and fries also a 3 piece combo meal and my total was 40.. okay inflation it is what it is I didn’t feel like cooking and my husband’s been working in sun all day and he LOVES fried chicken. Moving on. I get my order seems to be there (should have checked) get home missing LG fries, chicken is SO mushy it doesn’t even look like fried chicken, the biscuits for the bucket deal were hard as rocks and when I went to squish it IT CRUMBLED all 4were like that but my one in the the combo was soft and squishy. I called and told him (John) about it and he was trying to talk me out of coming in because it was busy and I’d have to wait and theres no way my food was like that everything is made fresh when it goes out, fast foward… there’s really nothing they could do about it. I went anyways showed my receipt told them all my problems, showed them what i was talking about and he DID make it right. He remade all my order. My husband was thrilled when he got home and seen what dinner was. ANYWAYS even though the guy did make it right this place is chaotic, disorganized and weird. The girl at the register takes a persons order then walks away, comes back, waves, takes another persons order, and well you get it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Easily the worst drive-thru experience of my life. Waited over 1 hour for an individual meal that came out cold and inedible. This is supposed to be fast-food? The management of this location needs to reconsider how they are training their staff as there is no communication whatsoever at this location. It’s just complete incompetence along with bickering, and there is no sense of customer service which is unfortunate to see. Ownership needs to have a long discussion with the store manager and hire better, more competent employees; otherwise just close the location.

By far the worst fast food drive thru. Waited in line for over 30 minutes to order and get food. Why can’t we order KFC on line like taco bell? I will never return to this location. I didnt want to give even 1 star but you can’t post unless you give a star. Definitely didn’t deserve it.

This was the worse drive through order I’ve ever gotten! 8 piece meal and four sides. Chicken was not cooked properly, mashed potatoes and gravy was mixed together not separately like it always have been! My wife is diabetic and can’t have it mixed. Potatoes were lumpy with the gravy on top and was left too long under the heat lamp. Corn side was over cooked and discolored. Been going to this store since it opened there doors. Final conclusion I will never go back. Also we are seniors and on a fixed income so money is precious to us.

Awful service waited a very long time in the drive thru. I ordered a 8 piece bucket of chicken and got a 6 piece for $21 everytime we have gone there it’s always something like they don’t have any chicken or this and that. Obviously, if you don’t have the chicken why would you still charge the customer? I will NEVER go there again. The health department should go there and inspect .I would love to see an episode of undercover boss on this place. The manager should not be working there. She does not care about the customer service! This place is awful!!!! I will go to Saratoga instead. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Went last night and ordered three meals- all tenders; 5-pc, 4-pc and 3-pc. When ordered, I had asked for the 2-pc meal that’s clearly on the menu and was told there’s no such thing. Two of the meals I had a side of Mac and cheese and neither one was half full. I had coleslaw with mine and same deal; not even half full. Then to top it off, we received a 2-pc drumstick and thigh in one box that part looked chewed on and the rest was pink, 5 “tenders” which were burnt nuggets that you couldn’t eat and 3-pc in the other box and the chicken was slimy. Never again at this location. Sadly, this is not the first or even second time. Glad I wasted $30 on dinner and still had to end up cooking.
