This pizza place is good but need more servee staffs because plenty customers are using this place. Foods are not ready by the time you get to pick up your order, curbside does not work because your food might not be ready when u get there. Clean environment, easy to locate, moderate prices

This place gets busy, I get it. But how can you ignore a patiently waiting customer at the cash register for over 5 minutes, 2 people not even acknowledging my presence as they walk by. Lesson here is you have to call them out and demand a response. Am I being petty? Idk. But it’s just really insulting being completely ignored when standing at the register.

Second Domino’s Pizza order in two weeks with missing ingredients! I called the store and they wouldn’t replace it since we had eaten a few pieces to determine it was missing pepperoni! Apparently, you have to “disassemble “ the pizza with the delivery driver present. Otherwise, too bad for us!

Won’t order again. TERRIBLE service tonight. Ordered several pizzas, appetizers, and desserts. It took an hour – for the first delivery. The delivery guy didn’t know where to put it – despite the written directions “on the table on the porch”. When my daughter told him on the table, he started to walk into my house! So much for choosing contactless delivery! Then, he was missing at least half the order! 2 pizzas, one sandwich, one appetizer, one dessert – missing. When I called, the manager said his name was Paul. I was upset because there were 7 hungry kids over and in a hurry. He just said the rest of the food was on its way. No offer to do anything else. When the delivery guy arrived again, he was still missing a pizza and ALL the marinara for the appetizers. When I called back, the girl who answered the phone didn’t even know “Paul” the manager but did end up getting the same guy on the phone. He did offer to refund my money this time, but didn’t even try to replace the pizza or marinara. They (manager and delivery guy) just kept saying they were busy. That is not an excuse. If you can’t handle the order, just say you can’t accept any more orders. I could have ordered from many other pizza places, which I will do in the future. Mistakes happen, but both acted like it was my fault, and that I should be more tolerant because they were under pressure. They certainly didn’t care who was missing food at my house, and which orders were wrong, and that 4 families were counting on dinner by a certain time.

Would never patronize this location EVER again. I was waiting out front for my order for about 10 minutes and the minute I sent my nephew in to get my order the manager held my $20 bill up in the air twice to make sure that it wasn’t fake! Didn’t see that happening the whole time I was sitting there. And I’ve been a resident of Frankfort for six years and never experienced this practice. The owner Tony said that this practice is executed 100% of the time- only if you’re a young Black male. Domino’s you must do better!!!

Pizza was hot and fresh. Tasted fantastic! Delivery was quick and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised about the taste, (as it’s been many years since I’ve eaten Domino’s pizza) which by the way…has come a long way since back in the day. The quality and presentation of the pizza was excellent. I will be definitely be ordering from Domino’s again.

My mother-in-law ordered pizzas and sandwiches assuming they were $5.99 after looking at the website which states medium pizzas and sandwiches are $5.99 if you order 2 or more. She ordered by phone but did not mention she wanted them for $5.99 a piece, then was charged list price which was almost 50% more for the entire order. After picking up and calling back to ask why we were over charged, two people including the Manager said they do not give the $5.99 pricing unless you ask. Given the $5.99 mix and match has been promoted without interruption for years, I would expect this to be the retail price and not a promotion. Retail cannot have a promotion endlessly, otherwise it is considered the standard retail price (however many states differ).
