We stopped by Elements with the intention of grabbing a quick drink at the bar. When we walked in there was no one to greet us so we just sat at the bar since it was mostly empty. After a minute or two at the bar, a young woman (assuming it was the hostess) told us they were very busy with large groups and did not think they could serve us. There were two people sitting at the bar eating and drinking but there were many tables empty. She then hastily asked if we would be eating too or just having drinks to which we replied just a quick drink. She was clearly irritated and said she needed to ask the manager if they could serve us a drink. After returning, she said they couldn’t serve us a drink and I never saw the “manager” she was referring to. I have never been refused service for a quick drink at a bar with many empty seats. The customer service and the way they went about this was absolutely terrible. We ended up going to Hawthorne and Wood next door and their customer service, drinks and food were absolutely amazing.

Food was slightly above average with decent flavors and fresh tastes. The ambiance of the restaurant could be warmer, the overhead lighting was extremely bright and the acoustics inside cause for the conversations to reverberate throughout. The server was very knowledgeable and responsive. Would give the food 3 stars, but the service bumps the overall experience up to a 4. Would come back perhaps to try the lunch menu.

Great place for a date night! Love that the menu has some Asian fusion and the food quality is consistently good. My boyfriend and I have been dining here for almost four years now and we’ve tried many different dishes on the menu. Our recent visit was one of the best experiences we had there. We ordered the egg drop soup, Tuna Tacos (sooo good), Duck Breast, miso glazed salmon, and the fried Chinese donuts dessert.

Great restaurant that I had heard a lot about and finally was able to go. Great Asian fusion restaurant with excellent, attentive, but not overbearing service. Food was also terrific with both sushi and dishes from other regions in Asia. I especially like the Vietnamese style pork spring rolls and I could have eaten a platter of those. They also have a nice list of cocktails, wine, sake, and beer. We’re really enjoyed a bottle of sake with our meal. Lots of small plates to share as well. Dessert is also eclectic and almost seems to take a nod from British baking (Banoffee), but very good. Parking can be tricky so is usually easiest to park in the deck. The restaurant is tucked into the back corner of the retail area of this complex.

Great food, spectacular presentation. Incomparable wine selection (and pairing) and friendly, competent service. Our table chose the tasting menu which we complemented with an additional appetizer. The calamari had a nice bite and was delicious. The gumbo had a hint of New Orleans and ambrosial and the tempura asparagus was nirvana. Tasting menu was tuna, speckled trout and duck. The paired wines were perfect. Our server, Matt, was knowledgeable, competent and very personable completing a wonderful evening

Absolutely stunning dinner. I had the salmon and my wife had the filet. Both were perfection. Worth every penny. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and when he didn’t know the answer, he went and asked. We were so pleased with our evening. We will be back soon. We had the Elements Chocolate Pie and Coconut cake. Outstanding!!

Nice setting, clean, good variety. I’m not a fan off automatic 20% tip. Dish I had was Thai inspired. Your favorite Pho restaurant will charge half the price for same thing. the plating & atmosphere drive cost up.
