This location in particular is terrible at servicing their online orders on time. Twice now I have waited 25+ minutes after the promised time for my food to be ready. People rely on these times to be accurate for their lunch breaks. Both times I didn’t get to eat because I needed to get back to work.

Waited in line to find out no white rice, no chips, and no sour cream available. Not sure what else they were out of. Three of the soft drink options were also out of order. Please at least post a sign to indicate you are out of ingredients. We left because the items we were going to order weren’t available.

I generally like Chipotle, but this location needs some changes. Over the past number of years, they have multiple times been short staffed, messed up pick-up orders, and/or been out of numerous things. Most recently, on a week night around 7:30p, they were out of fajita peppers, chicken, and chips, amongst other things. The service area was also a mess and very dirty between food bins. Disappointing, as Chipotle has delivered well many times at other locations! Avoid this one.

Literally DO NOT GO HERE. Like 15 years ago in my childhood this place slapped but today it is terrible. All winter every time I went there the rice was undercooked and raw. Their portions are tiny. After months of refusing to go back I got a gift card and tried once again. I did an online order and asked for extra everything. The food did not even make it to the rim of the bowl there was barely anything there. The guacamole was totally brown. I took off a ton of it and tried eating it anyway. Afterwards I spent 2 hours puking from food poisoning. Looking at yelp reviews other people have gotten food poisoning here too. DONT GO HERE.

Burrito bowl had chicken that was full of fatty deposits. The chips were stale and the burrito we ordered was cold and had a strange taste. Do not recommend.

Feels like chipotle is slipping through the cracks. Including Wayzata. It’s not as clean or efficient. Staff members genuinely have a look of confusion about how to make your order. I say pinto beans and they stare at me like I’m in the wrong restaurant. Felt sloppy, hope they turn it around as it was a family “go-to” for years.

What an absolute nightmare. The staffed are over worked and clearly cannot deal with the order volumes. They need to close the restaurant until management can staff it properly. This is not an employee problem, this is a management issue. It is deplorable and irresponsible to run a restaurant like this.
