I ordered my food online while waiting in the line at drive thru. The line was very long so I decided to park. I went in and my food was ready for me immediately. As I left the restaurant the vehicles in the drive thru had not moved an inch. Therefore, order your food online and go in and get it. It is much faster. Our time is very valuable in life.

Never get tired of the staff team here! The manager is awesome here. I always get the meat mountain at this location they make it perfect everytime totally worth a $10 sandwich a few times a week!! My girlfriend and I went there on Saturday February 15th 2020 and it was a horrible experience. It took exactly 15 minutes to get a turkey bacon ranch, chicken Cordon Blu, and 2 large fries that were overcooked and the place wasn’t even busy as it was around. The horsey sauce was not properly mixed because the first cup I got tasted like mayo but the second cup that was filled at the same time tasted like horsey sauce. One of the workers took the time to clean the condiments and drink counter but did clean the nozzles. The woman in the black shirt(manager) seemed to do plenty of standing around talking. In the future I will visit a different Arby’s location. This was my first and last visit to this location.

Order a number 8 and got over cooked tenders. Spent 25.00$ on nasty food. Called store talked to the manager Micheal who said come through to get free 3 tenders I just wanted to know why the cook severed me food that was old. He hung up on me. I guess another restaurant to mark on my list of not coming back…

Ordered off of the mobile app but chose the wrong address. Mobile app instructed us to call the location of East Lloyd Expressway in Evansville, IN and cancel the order. When we called the store they said that there was nothing that they could do (employee and manager) and we needed to follow the instructions through the moble app to cancel. I believe they could really use some more training on how their system works.
