Zaxby’s in Eastman was immaculately clean. The atmosphere was friendly and warm. When I arrived carrying my purse and luggage along with a box of books, a gentleman customer greeted me like a neighbor and held the door for me. The staff was wonderful! My order was ready, so I sat down to eat. I ordered a salad, bone-in wings, and unsweetened tea. It was delicious! I would recommend this establishment to anyone. In fact, this may become my go-to stopping place whenever I travel through Eastman.

They’ve made some improvements over time with customer service. At times the chicken strips and/or fries can still be a bit different with each trip. Although when the chicken strips are bad, they are BAD. Food consistency can be improved on. I’ve had problems primarily with their customer service in the past, but the problem seems to have been fixed.

Employee Amber should not be working here. Walked in, was trying to look at menu. Well I couldn’t read the sauces for the new saucy chicken sandwich. Went to go ask her and she just cut me off and started asking me the name for my order. Well then I tried to ask her again to tell me the sauces and she completely turns around and doesn’t even say the sauces loud enough for me to hear. I was over it at this point and just had my husband order me something.

Employees are friendly, food was cooked to expectations! The only thing wrong with the restaurant was that the tables were not wiped down; and employees had few customers at the time we arrived so there was plenty of time for someone to wipe down the table.

The food was good but the service was terrible! It took them a while to even acknowledge us and when we ordered our food (sandwich meal with fries, and a 10 piece chicken tender) they only gave us one sauce and when I asked for another one she was extremely rude and charged me extra. Definitely won’t be returning. It’s not worth the headache and disrespect.

I found a hair in my food so I took it back in to be remade only to find a longer hair in the second plate. I didn’t want it to be remade so I gave the manager a call to let her know what happened. I asked if the employees were required to wear a hair net. She responded “all of my employees are BLACK and they don’t need to wear a net because their hair don’t fall out.” That’s a ridiculous and incorrect statement! I’m very disappointed in the way she treats customers and her doesn’t enforce basic food safety standards with her employees.
