My food was cold , not even able to eat it , the corn on the cob didn’t even have butter on it and was cold , when we pulled up to the window it took 15 minutes for anyone to come to the window , the mashed potatoes was terrible, and the service sucked all the way around, when I ask if it was cold the manager at chicken Express shrugged an said IDK then gave me another breast just in case it was cold , he never checked the food

These folks never fail to impress me. During the aftermath of the recent storms, finding some food service is a bit of a challenge. The lines were long but moved at a very steady pace. I was informed at the speaker that there could be a delay due to the extreme circumstances. My wait was short, employees were super friendly, and my food was hot, and the order was perfect! Great job!

I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! FRENCH FIRES WERE TOO CRISPY!! CHICKEN HAD TO MUCH MEAT!!! AND WAS CRISPY!!! SWEET TEA WAS TO SWEET!!! THEY HAVE NO WINDOW BLINDS SO I WAS FORCED TO LOOK AT THE BLUE CLEAR SKY!!! FOOD TOOK 2 WHOLE MINUTES TO COME OUT!!!

Very fast delivery and our cashier Taylor was amazing, I had to go back and ask for her name, she was very polite and even when my husband answered a phone call during the middle of ordering she was very friendly about it and understood, even joked with me (I work in the food business so I know how aggravating it can be) but she was very sweet and didn’t mind! Very nice clean place with friendly workers, I felt very welcome and will definitely be back!

Ordered 2 pieces of chicken and okra. One piece was so greasy , and okra was not warm. I prefer when ordering food that it’s eat able. Rolls were awesome, tea was great, service was good.

The service was fast and friendly. The food was quick and hot and tasty. Good price. Easy to get in and out of. So for a quick hot meal with not so much of the fast food taste I would choose to go here again. The restrooms were clean as well as the store.
