ATTENTION EVERYBODY… If you want REAL SOUL FOOD and great service and did I say REAL soul food from momma’s kitchen, come here ROY’S. We CAN’T get enough. This is a small place and you can’t dine in, but you can call ahead surely it’s worth the pick up. The service is impeccable and so friendly. We were remembered just after one time. I love this place. It’s like going to my sister’s house to pick a plate up. You will not regret coming here. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. It’s not the best looking place, but when I say you won’t regret coming and your taste buds will thank you. I’ll be back In a few days. Enjoy! I sure did!

Fell off extremely bad… sweet potatoes were hard, spaghetti was sweet, dressing was like oatmeal. Baked chicken was okay. I really couldn’t believe how the food was compared to the last time I came here.

I don’t eat from random carry outs. My coworkers vouched for Roy’s and they were ordering them for lunch and I said “let me try them”. Baby, I was pleased! I tried the beef short ribs with Mac and cheese and dressing. It also came with rice and gravy. It was delicious! I definitely will be going back. My coworker had the catfish, greens and dressing. Her greens looked tender. Try them, great home cooked meal, but you don’t have to cook it!
