Finally a fresh McDonald’s. And this one is consistently fresh. The woman who took my order was very friendly and made sure she heard my order. Seems like someone who takes their job seriously. Don’t get espresso beverages here, they have no idea what they are doing. Been getting a medium iced caramel macchiato from McDonald’s long enough to know what it is suppose to taste like and last two mornings I’ve gotten it, no sweet flavor at all. First time I asked them to throw it away and remake it. She remade it right but in a smaller cup, she said that was the right size, okay – at least it was sweet like it’s suppose to be. This morning not sweet again had to drive back through and the little girl at the window told me she saw her put the sweetener in. Why would I be lying if I’m asking you to throw it away when it’s completely full? When she said that I just gave it back and wanted a refund instead of a remake. You’re not gonna gaslight me. With inflation and the rising of prices, all I wanted was a sweet coffee drink to be sweet, like it’s suppose to be. When the manager did the refund based on the drink I gave back to her she said it was a large. I ordered a medium. Maybe the lack of sweetness has to do with not knowing what sizes are what and putting the wrong amount in the drink? Just a thought. Definitely the kick I needed to purchase my own espresso maker and make my coffee at home, and not spend another dollar there. 2 stars bc I’ve never had an issue with the food.
