Worse service! The server was too busy talking to anothercustomer. Finally took my order and it was wrong. When he took it to the cook to correct it, he rolled his eyes and started making remarks to the server and then looking at me. When the server brought my corrected sandwich, I told him that was a horrible thing to listen to and watch. He said “I know. I’m sorry. I won’t charge you for your tea.” The cook just stared at me. Two times now and two times terrible service. I’m done with this location.

1 star and only because needed a star to add the review. We have tried many times since this Waffle House opened. They do not answer the phone. Stop in at the location in evening variety of times either no to go orders, short staff, always excuses. Tonight it was they are closing early due to no staff. We did not need another Waffle House in the area since there is one couple miles away. Maybe once this Waffle House closes due to absolutely no customer service or food we will get an actual restaurant with good food and owners/mgt/staff that care about their customers and making money.

The cook overnights, Mathew. Was exceptional! Went above and beyond to make sure our food was perfect! Service was great too! Everyone was wearing masks and following proper guidelines as they should which helped my dear old aunt paprika stay calm in her schitzofrinick old age.
