Chipotle is essentially the Gucci of Mexican food. It’s definitely pricey but the burritos are FAT and plentiful. The zesty lemon nacho chips are amazing and the cheese is to die for. Highly recommend the Barbacoa burrito.

did a mobile order and was super surprised it was good! lots of protein. not sure about the al pastor chicken but it tasted good and I did pay for double meat. not sure about the price though $35 tax and tip included. but if there’s a promo or freebie count me in!

I’ve taken my granddaughter here, once a week, for the last 2 years. She always gets the quesadilla kids meal, with the meat on the side instead of in the quesadilla. It always costs a little over $5. Yesterday when I went to check out I was told it was $9 and change. The youg know it all kid behind the counter said it was because the meat was on the side and not in her quesadilla. I told hi. She gets the same thing every week and the cost is always about $5. He wouldn’t budge! I told him to take the meat out. He then threw it I to the trash can! I’ll never go back there again!

I ordered through DD and the employees didn’t even bag my food! I spoke to the dasher and he said the employees double checked and said it was all in there but no I just received my guacamole and chips but not my bowl ?? Was it forgotten cuz it’s nearly closing time ?? So not cool

Workers were too busy talking to an off-duty coworker to help with my order. I asked for the kids cup that came with my kids meal (ordered through online pickup) and was handed three water cups?? I ordered barbacoa and the few pieces of meat I got were extremely fatty. I did not receive the chips for my kids meal, either. I meant to order at the State College location and somehow chose this one instead, unfortunately. This location is always subpar

Explain to me why I paid 12 dollars for a burrito the same size as a burrito for 3 dollars from taco bell..if i had added avacados and queso it wouldve costed me 19 dollars… NOPE!… I’m not arguing with your staff, retrain them to not cheap out on your customers. Steak was burnt too.

Food is good but a young white guy helped me with my order and I guess he thought it was funny for him to do my order like in 10 seconds and there was very little rice, beans and meet and a big ball of guac. The bowl was super dirty from him trying to make my order super fast. And also I found this trash inside my bowl and I hurt my tooth when I took a bite. I didn’t see no mananger on site. I will not be coming back to this location. Stay way!!

The worst chipotle I ever experienced. Everything charges extra and the server is just rude and seems constipated. The unbelievable staff services should never let the customer endure for purchase. Period. If you don’t allow an adult to purchase a kid meal , you should specify , then don’t charge me $11.60 for a kid meal of &5.80 . I did not order extra . You charge me for the drinks and chips that are included in your menu. Not only you charge me more than you supposed to. Your rolling eyes of evil said it all. You are just not fit for customer service .
