This location is terrible, got a pickup order and was extremely disappointed. I got a 5p Chicken Meal that literally had 1 onion ring, 3 tots and 4 chicken tenders. We also got Cheddar Peppers WITH NO PEPPERS, it was just a tiny bit of cheddar that was deep fried, frustrating. Our burger came with just meat and bread, despite the fact we ordered a Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger, and finally we got pretzels and mozzarella sticks that were okay on their own but didn’t even come with cheese or marinara.

Writing this review while still in the parking lot. Going on 40 minutes for waiting. Asked for a refund three times and keep getting ignored. Ordered no tomatoes do to a bad allergy and they brought the same sandwich back 5 times. With tomatoes!! Knocked at the door and got told to “let us work” by an employee. This sonic can be described as bipolar. Sometimes the service is great sometimes it’s horrible. They always seem to be in a rush when taking orders even when you are the only car in the lot. My experiences with this locations staff when they mess up an order is The customer is never right. All things aside the prices are on point for the food. The lot is usually clean and the restrooms need to be deep cleaned. They look like a port a potty tipped over

Ok as usual. The service is really hit or miss. Sometimes we have a really nice person sometimes not. I was really surprised the my son’s chicken strips were so small. It’s really comical how tiny they were. I guess the $4 meal is not the way to go if you want to feed someone. We went at a pretty busy time, right after school, so the line was long. Sometimes it is so quick. Overall I feel like the quality is going down. But the kids like the shakes.

Last week, I ordered 3 hot dogs. I always assume my food is fresh. After waiting 16 minutes at the window and seeing people being served by a carhop behind me, I asked the girl on her way back inside, what was taking them so long to make 3 plain hot dogs. She said they had to make them fresh, and when they make them fresh it takes a really long time. Another 2 minutes later, my order came out. 2 were fresh and done and one was shriveled and cut in 3 places and dark in color. It looked like it had been sitting in there since the silent era. Needless to say, my kids got to eat and I didn’t, but I wasn’t about to eat a shriveled old hot dog. Worst looking hot dog I’ve ever seen! I’ll be complaining to the GM or corporate.
