Our flight got delayed and was looking for a place to eat close to our hotel, Executive Suites. We had low expectations because of the location but this place is a knock out. Fresh produce, generous portions, the best espresso we’ve had and Waite staff is friendly.

I love the food there and have been a customer for a very long time. Lately, on 3 occasions i had rude and nasty customer service from the staff. I tried to call and speak to magement and got hung up on. I love the food there but I’m not sure what happend to the staff and why I was treated that way. It’s a shame.

Food was good! I can’t complain about that! But Be very careful with the extra Hidden Fees this place has to offer. When you’re done eating, Even though you DO NOT pay your bill with a Credit Card & you pay CASH, this place will always try & sneak that CC Fee into your bill even though you paid cash. & Funny how the “TOTAL BILL” with All the Fees is Clearly Highlighted in BIG DARK BOLD Letters, but someone who wears glasses would Never notice what the total bill amount really is because it’s Purposely written in the Smallest letters imaginable. Not to mention that 1 single cup of Orange Juice that used to be $3.00 dollars has now gone up to $6.00. (“If you take a second & think about it, $6 Dollars for 1 measly Cup of Orange Juice is Preposterous!”) Starting to notice this place is extremely Sneaky

Average customer service. Uhmmm, personally I didn’t like the breakfast. The hot chocolate was too sweet, the eggs with ham didn’t have enough ham, the “envuelto” didn’t have any taste. Our clothes, when we got out, smells like if we were working in the kitchen
