Drive Thru is so slow. We waited over 20 minutes behind a car that only got ice cream. And then we had to wait to pay and for our food. They should really consider following a pull forward method.

We have a tradition every summer of swinging through the drive thru at this Dairy Queen for Blizzards after a long day at the Kentucky Renaissance Faire. Makes for a good treat. Honestly better than the Dairy Queens closer to home. Service is always friendly and the Blizzards are better made.

I went to breakfast with a friend today 5/13/23. I ordered the double biscuit with bacon and coffee. They were just starting to get busy and my order was out in good time I thought. I never complained that it took to long, but one of the employees, a young man came out and handed me my money for a full refund and said he was told to refund my money because it took to long for me to get my order. He apoloized and said that they’d had a problem with the bacon taking to long to cook, I was really shocked, because as I said I haven’t made a complaint and the food was good, the coffee hot. So I thanked him and I know he could tell how surprised I was. I’ve never had something like this happen before. Thank you to the Dairy Queen crew in Eminace, Ky for going above and beyond with customer service.

Drive through was extremely S L O W! I was the only person in line, and there were no cars in the lot. Fries were fresh, but the burger tasted good, but the pickles never made it to the bun, and the mustard and ketchup was smeard all over the side of the bun and packaging. DQ has been way better before.

Since new management and owners have taken this establishment over. They have done a complete turn around. Stopped there here a few weeks ago. And got me a sausage and biscuit it was hot and very good. Customer service was outstanding as well.

I have always enjoyed my trips to this DQ – glad to see it has new owners! The new owners were much needed – now hiring people that actually want to work! The new employees at this DQ are so polite & respectful under the new owners! You get your order quickly now unlike before! The food is still incredibly good & you definitely get what you pay for unlike the McDonald’s up the road! Best ice cream in town!!! Love this place!!!

I dined here this afternoon, and while I know it’s just an everyday fast food place, the service was exceptionally bad. The staff seemed scatterbrained when it came to people’s orders, they were kind, but all over the place. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, yet none of the staff knew who’s order went where. My fiancé received the completely wrong order, and the rest of my group sat and waited for their food until we had to remind the staff about it. I ordered a chicken strip basket, and was handed a basket with only the strips and no fries. Again, they were very kind, just all over the place.
