I’m not a fan of this chain. However I gave it another chance. I used the app to order and called after to ask the pizza be ready at a certain time. I was about 5 minutes lite and the pizza was lukewarm. I like the garlic dip that comes with the pizza because it is what makes the pizza taste better. Overall t a fan but I know people who do like it.

I had a bad experience with the same manager now 2x. The last time I contacted corporate about my experience, never heard anything back from them. After a year thought I’d give it another try. I ordered 1 large pizza for carry out. When I picked it up, asked the manager for a extra peppercini and she took her hands with no gloves after touching money I gave her and her cash register drawer and grabbed a peppercini out and tossed it in my box. With all the covid, etc. You would think she would try to protect people from getting sick. What it is, is she is lazy or not trained properly about sanitary procedures. My order was time stamped 3:32 pm. Wednesday November 23. I hope the owner can watch her and see for his or herself. Last time I go there.

This Papa John’s has been getting worse and worse. We ordered quite frequently and it used to be super hot/fresh and loaded with toppings. However lately, our pizza has been so thin and soggy the pizza doesn’t hold its shape and I think their grilled chicken topping wasn’t even a topping…it was two cubed pieces on the whole thing. I’ve tried filled out their customer feedback form several times with no response. Just super disappointed since it used to be good.

I came to check out this pizza location due to a bet I lost .. my friends always make fun of me because I’m so loyal to a different pizza chain ..and that’s the only pizza I eat .. and I have to say I left without any regrets ! Used to order from here for a few years constantly than they went downhill sadly started not cutting it all the way, forgot the sauce 2 times in a row even after calling them to confirm they had the garlic sauce, wasn’t always hot, and the speed of their service went downhill. Would not recommend at all.
