The place was very clean and homey. 3 lovely ladies were helping me out. Rachel, Destiny, and Julianna were helping me get my food and find my new favorite drink! They were so nice and patient and very hardworking. I stayed a bit just because the place was so peaceful and easy to think. ☺️ This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the Cloud and I will try to be a regular on these days because I have truly never been disappointed in what I got. Cutest Dunkin I’ve ever seen! They even put seasonal decor on the tables. Cheery, genuinely friendly service. Not as crowded or hurried as the other two in St. Cloud. Great for meetups. Music is for college age (whereas the music was for high schoolers at the 92-Erlo Johnson St location and fast Latin hits at the Simpson Rd location). And of course, great coffee and selection of donuts.

Of all the DD in the area, I come back to this one because the drinks have been consistently good. I had to take time to write this today because they were short 4 people and were doing an awesome job. The cashier was the absolute sweetest! My ONLY COMPLAINT is how beyond rude their manager was to multiple customers who weren’t even being impatient or rude in the first place…

I went to my favorite Dunkin’ store the girl took my order knew just what I wanted and I got to the window and was met by there very RUDE manager Sherri she had a empty cup to inform me that what I ordered was wrong I said that the one who took my order knows how I like and she informed me that she has been making wrong and that it will be made right (her way) and I asked if her name was Sherri and she said yes I said we have met before on this same drink.

I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese a donut a muffin and two drinks, I got my donut, muffin and drinks. Then I was sitting there with the restaurant lobby empty just me and about 10 employees, tell me why I waited 30mins on 2 cream cheese bagels and I kept asking them about the bagels then they finally made it but without cream cheese, I give it back and tell him that I ordered it with cc, he said that the receipt doesn’t say that, gave him the receipt again and it said cc, he saw it and started making it and then he was being rude he slammed my food on the counter…not even in Jersey, so disappointing.

French curllers are always mushy not properly baked. When i told the employee about it she told me that’s how they’re supposed to be I managed a Dunkin for a year that is not how they’re supposed to be they should not be mushy and the fact that she gave me attitude and told me to go tell the manager when I was just trying to be polite to let them know that they needed to be baked a little longer the attitude from her was not necessary

2nd time I’ve gotten avocado toast from them, first time it came as a untoasted sandwich with a tiny bit of spread, 2nd time it’s untoasted again and nasty. Will just drive further to another location from now on.
