I didn’t care for this location. Ordered and tipped online for an 840 pickup. I’m second in line at 850. Cashier said your order isn’t ready, take a seat. 9:00, 915, still waiting on a small pepperoni pizza ♀️ I placed the order an hour ago, at this point. Finally call my name. My pizza box is slid towards me, they didn’t open it and show it to me like I just watched them do for 30 minutes with everyone else.

The Manager Mohammad R does not keep his word he lied when we called and he said he would give us credit the next time we ordered… we spent $36.50 on a pizza and we did not receive what we paid for… they ripped us off. Then Mohammad R and Brandon decided they were not going to make it right and did not give us credit. We had food pickup and it was 10 minutes before they closed we got delivery and called immediately. We love Ledo’s Pizza and have been patriots for over 10 years but that didn’t matter in providing great customer service for there ERROR. Mohammad along with Brandon who WAS very RUDE and disrespectful… saying he didn’t care and it was nothing he could do for us!

The manager here is terrible. He either lies on purpose or doesn’t understand English well. He got my wing order wrong twice. He had to remake them. The 2nd time he told me and my partner out loud that he wouldn’t charge us for them since he made the order wrong twice. When it was time to pay he made us pay for the wings and acted like because he recooked them he did me a favor. I told him, I’ll never come back to this location. I had to eat my fries before my wings were done. Very cheap and very bad customer service.

I did not have a good experience. The staff is not welcoming and I found a piece of hair in my chicken broccoli alfredo. My honey pepperoni pizza was wet (dripping in oil). I spent over $40 on food I couldn’t eat. I would not recommend this location.

This establishment is disgusting. I complained that my pizza was lacking hot honey drizzle and instead of them adding hot honey they decided to stick their bare finger inside the pizza to determine if it was hot honey on it. Once I confronted them about what I witnessed they tried to force me to believe that it didn’t happen. They became aggressive however multiple employees stood there and watched the employee do it. This was my favorite ledo’s location prior to this altercation, I will NEVER eat here again.

Letting you Know
They stop putting sauce on their pizza.. even if your ask for extra extra sauce.. its still dry af… if you like dry pizza this is the place but if you want something saucy this isn’t it.. use to love this place. Show me the sauce.. or better yet extra extra sauce.. can’t even get my money back

I called my order in at 10:20 pm. I was told that my pizza would be done at 10:40 pm. I received a phone call at 10:41 pm and stated that I was on the way. I arrived at the restaurant by 10:55 pm. As I’m walking in i wasn’t greeted. The guy behind the register seemed rather irritated and asked was I pick up. I stated yes and he responded by saying can you hurry up and pay so we can close… The way I wanted to retaliate would’ve gotten me a label slapped on my head. The business woman in me told him that his response to me was super unprofessional and being a small business owner closing time is at 11:00 pm. You don’t rush your guest no matter. The hand gestures was the icing on the cake. His colleague then tried to tell me that they were closing and needed to count the register. Okay me as a paying customer should never feel rushed. Any establishment I’ve ever worked at we never rushed our guests. If closing time is 11:00 pm expect to leave at 11:30. They were out of this establishment by 11:09 pm and was chit chatting and smoked a cigarette before leaving. The only reason I didn’t give them a one star is because I enjoy Ledo’s Pizza and I know how a one star can impact a business. Being a small business owner and being an employee for other establishment this was unacceptable. The way these establishments in Maryland treat their paying customers is out of this world. We have to demand better. I spent $22.00 on a pizza don’t make me regret it. I hope you all improve your customer service at this location. If not I guess I will have to continue to bring my hard earned dollar to Virginia.

I placed an order at 7:05pm. Changed it at 7:07pm. Arrived at 7:42pm to find out the order was never changed AND my order (1 pizza) was not ready. Highly disappointed in what seemed to be unorganized chaos.

I stopped here on my lunch break for a ceaser salad with crispy chicken. My usual from Ledos. They hand me my bag and thank goodness I checked it before leaving the counter because it wasn’t my order in the bag. Guy at the counter kept saying it was my order because the bag had my name on it. He finally looked and saw it was not my order. They made my correct order, only for me to find a BUG in my salad! Wish I could post the picture O took. Think I’ll stick with my usual Ledos location in Largo.
