Pleasant, enjoyable lunch! My partner and I met a friend for lunch. This was my first visit to this Applebee’s location. Actually, I haven’t visited an Applebee’s in several years, so I was anxious to check this location out. The service was excellent! Our server, Tanner, did an excellent job serving and provided efficient, friendly service during our lunch. The restaurant facility and dining room was very clean and well maintained. The men’s restroom very clean, too. Although I would recommend replacing the worn dining room carpeting, it is in poor condition. In addition to the regular menu, Applebee’s has a nice lunch menu, offering many different options to fit any appetite and budget. They even have a “pick two” section if you care for lite meal options. All of us ordered the chicken tenders meal which is served with fries. The day we visited, Applebee’s was out of fries, so we substituted onion rings. All three of us enjoyed the chicken tenders and would certainly order again. The portions were large. However, in my opinion, the quality, freshness and preparation of the tenders could be better. In comparison to competitors (Chili’s, Hardee’s and Chick-fil-A) the chicken tenders were not up to par. The menu is very diverse and offers everything from pasta, chicken, steaks, burgers, salad and soups. They also have a full service bar for adult beverages. I was very pleased with the overall experience and look forward to returning to Applebee’s to try more of the menu items. In an area dominated by fast food options, it is very nice to have a casual, relaxed, comfortable, full service dine-in restaurant in Norton. I highly recommend this Applebee’s!

This location was super clean and tidy, and the waitress was friendly, helpful, and on top of things. The food was actually quite good! The Fiesta Chicken was literally mouth-watering, the salmon was delicious, and the salad was super fresh. The blue cheese dressing was better than most. 🙂 We liked the posters they had on the walls above random tables — Captain Jack (Johnny Depp, of course!), Indiana Jones, a young Elvis. Nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable atmosphere.

Very impressed today with the service, cleaning, and food! The menus were getting a good cleaning and the payment machines! All the workers were doing stuff and working together to help one another! The steak was cooked perfect and Cameron our waitress was very attentive to our needs!

Me and my husband waited about 12 minutes to get the waitress to come to our table to get our drinks. While she took our drink order,we told her what we wanted off the menu. We ordered a appetizer took 32 minutes to get. The place was not busy at all. The waitress was tending the bar and tables. She could not do both jobs. My husband had to get up and ask for napkins. The cheese for our appetizer was cold. My husband loked over at the bar, she was to busy flirting and carrying on with the guy at the bar. My husband got her attention and asked for the manager. Took the manager about another 8 or 9 minutes for him to come to our able. He didn’t what to do nothing or apologize for anything. Me and my husband walked out. This applebees needs its doors close. The waitress needs fired right along with the manager. When the manager is having to cook, there is a serious problem. Will never eat here again. Will let our family and friends to not eat at this applebees. If I could give a minus 10 I would. This restaurant is a big joke. There was a male waitress doing is job. Was rushing around to take care of his few tables he had.

We came in had to stand at the door for 15min and no one even took our name or asked our party size…then while waiting another party came in and they were addressed before us….the hostess was waiting on them to clean tables for a larger party that was already there so they could be together…instead of taking names and party size of other tables that could have been seated…I wouldn’t be writing this review however we drove almost an hr to eat here and it was a horrible experience….one thing I did notice was that we may not dress fancy like the other people but when we come we spend plenty and tip well so their loss for stereo typing people…

Good food, but they nickel and dime you like crazy. It costs an extra dollar to have bread with your meal, an extra dollar for an additional cup of salad dressing. It cost me 3.99 to upgrade french fries to a tossed salad. Matt provided good service to our table.

It’s a little expensive but it is very good especially the chicken tender platter and the steaks are outstanding and before they changed the menu for alcohol the strawberry daiquiris was amazing and the hosts are really nice
