Charge me for $25 worth of food never ordered!!! No receipt given and now won’t give a refund!! Ni manger on site to help!! All I ordered was has 1 hash brown and a Diet Coke I ordered the same thing every morning for my son son who has autism!!! The McDonald’s worker hat on a dark navy shirt and a bright red safety vest no name tag nothing he was rude. He was condescending and he yelled at me in front of all the customers inside the restaurant when I asked for a receipt and credit for the charges that I did not make he screamed at me. What do you want me to do in front of everybody. He walked away. He ignored me. He was helping other people they were moving right around me had people coming where I was standing so they could pay . He threw three dollars at me and told me that that’s what I owe which I didn’t know I paid for the hash brown and it’s diet Coke it was charged on my card in addition to somebody else’s order $25. I gave them back to three dollars. I don’t want it I want the full refund! I he came back and then he told me that he refunded me $18 and he threw again at me three dollars it’s up in the air Y and money. I told him that $18 I paid for my order I need the full refund so then he finally came back and he’s on the phone which I’m assuming is some type of boss and he threw at me seven dollars while 18 and seven is 25 I’ll skip the $.99 change. I had to call another McDonald’s in Flower Mound and speak to the manager and ask for help. This man was so nice he took my name my number and try to find me somebody that would call. He did call me back and he told me that he was unable to get in touch with the Director over McDonald’s in the area, but I so appreciate him stepping up to the plate and helping a customer that wasn’t even buying food at his store.

If I could I’d give the restaurant 0 stars me and my mother have been going to this restaurant. Tonight we went at 10:02 which normal is open til 2am or later. 3 out of the 4 staff sat laughing at us and didn’t bother to stick a head out and tell us that it was closed.
