Completely dropped the ball. Placed a pick up order. A customer came back to request his bowls be remade because his family has a shrimp allergy and the bowls were made with shrimp. Watched as 6 people waited for pickup. No one was greeted nor acknowledged. I watched other customers awkwardly try to ask for their pick up orders for the next 15 minutes while waiting for my order. Most were already made but employees just do not engage pickups so people are left waiting for an employee to engage them just to be handed the bag that is already made. Management needs to make an adjustment before the quality continues to decline.

Interesting approach to making sushi and serving Asian inspired fusion cuisine. I customized my own sushi roll. I liked it. The kids working there were polite. It was a clean place inside. My one knock is that they ought to do a better job keeping their sashimi stored at a cooler temperature. Otherwise, I didn’t mind the style. Fast food sushi and fast food made to order FuSian inspired cuisine. It’s like they took easy Japanese dishes and made preparing them even easier with machines and standardized techniques. I ain’t mad at them and I’ll return. The sushi rolls I had were fine. Decent price. Fun atmosphere. Clean. Why not.

Surprisingly better than what I thought it was going to be when my friend said she wanted fast food sushi. I’m a vegetarian, I don’t eat meat or fish. They had menu items for me and they were really good. Their hand mixed drinks are amazing, especially the lavender lemonade. The issues I had were none of the tables were wiped down and the employee doing temp checks wiped the thermometer on his apron in between food temps.

i worked at FUSIAN back on 2018 when they first opened, so i know how things operate, for the most part. i doordashed an order because i was at work and didn’t have the chance to run to pick it up myself. ordered a pb&j roll and the mango sticky rice. roll was fine, they do a poor job cutting it (hand slicing rolls was my specialty, and favorite thing to do, back then), but that’s neither here nor there, because i know the soy wraps are a pain. my issue is with the mango sticky rice. i’ve ordered the pineapple version before and was very satisfied with it, but this time around, i was unable to eat it after one bite. the mango has clearly been sitting out and while and, when i smelled it, it smelled like fish: this tells me that there’s a storage issue. meat products and produce should never be stored in the same area, especially raw, such as the fish served at this restaurant. when i worked there in 2018, fish and meat would be stored in one cooler, produce in the other. clearly not the case. i scraped off the mango and tried the rice by itself: rice was okay, but a little too sweet, they added too much coconut milk, or maybe they didn’t add any sushi vinegar to the rice they had prepared. whatever the case, i’m not happy for paying over 6 dollars for vegan food that tastes and smells like raw fish, and doesn’t look fresh either. my partner is allergic to mango, so i was really hoping i could enjoy this dish at work without fear of triggering her allergy. sad to see that management was bad in 2018 (the reason i quit in the first place) and is still bad in 2023. food should be prepared and stored properly. do better.

Pretty tasty food! I love spice so I added every one that they had whether it was seasoning, jalapeños or spicy sauce. Although it still wasn’t hot enough I enjoyed it very much. I ordered the crab bowl and my friend order the portobello bowl. The brown rice wasn’t done cooking but we didn’t mind the wait and they gave us complementary drinks.
