I had delivery from Door Dash, they brought on time, and handled it safely! But it’s the food from Sonic!! It’s disgusting, horrible tasting old meat on my burger, old lettuce, old pickles and hard jalapeños! Even the cheese tasted bad!! I went to this location around 10:05pm or so, I pressed the button and waited for 15 min and no one answered. I saw the employees looking at me, when I sent my son to ask if they were open they said that the button/stall where I was at didn’t work and that they only had drinks available because they were cleaning the kitchen. Why would they clean the kitchen well before closing hours? He said they clean it at 9pm. If you own this place and can read this review, go check on your money. I went across to Pizza Hut and they were open during open business hours.

Horrible experience *worst restaurant ever* my order was messed up after waiting approximately 20mins. Then I waited another 20mins in which they still had not brought my correct order out. After waiting an additional 10mins, I decided to cancel the order and go somewhere else. I waited another 15mins before I asked to speak to a manager because they had not cancelled my order and did not issue a refund. The person who came out was rude and asked for the food back (which I had already given to the person who brought the order out). He refused to give me his name *Brandon* is on the receipt but he said it’s on the door. Mary Dean was the GM name on the door quite clearly he was no where near being in leadership definitely not a GM; and obviously not a woman either. It was the worst Sonic experience ever. Several cars pulled off at the lack of customer service and professionalism. In the middle of waiting almost an hour, the person who was making the food came outside and smoked a cigarette for 10mins. Clearly this Sonic location will never receive my business again.

Orders take forever to come out and are usually incorrect. This place is disgusting inside and out, I would not recommend eating at this sonic. Staff just wear whatever clothes they show up in. Staff laying on the sidewalk on their phones smoking and drinking. This place is filthy.
