Absolutely wonderful dinning experience. The cuts of meats were prime and prepared to excellence. The menu was robust with a variety of options. The waiting staff was highly professional. Drinks and desserts were delightful. A terrific experience overall with no complains and would visit again.

I went to Cathédrale with my husband one of the first nights it opened and had such a fun experience. I love the decor and ambiance. The one downside is that it took a while for our main courses to come out but the manager came over very quickly to address the issue. If you order anything off the menu get the chicken. It was worth the wait.

Service and timing of the food was great, unlike some other reviews have mentioned. Atmosphere is A+ obviously. The omelette was the showstopper, definitely order this. Lobster was a bit underwhelming, but the pasta and starters were great.

Cathedrale is a newer and welcome addition to the already vast lineup of stellar restaurants located in the Aria hotel. The atmosphere is quasi dark with a Mediterranean feel. The service is prompt and friendly. The food was extraordinary. Located next door to Catch, there are many options to choose from in the Aria region.
