Don’t count on them for delivery. I’ve had multiple instances of placing an order and getting a call during the delivery window (not when the shop opened) canceling my order. I used to order here once a week. Now can’t count on them.

While the food quality is fairly consistent, I seem to have about a 50/50 chance of being able to order food online from this location. Half of the time it’ll say that either online ordering isn’t available or that the location is closed, despite being within their normal business hours and not anywhere near their closing time.

Depending upon the crew behind the counter, I’ve seen them be “freaky fast” (sandwiches ready as we pay before we walk to the end of the counter), or take a few minutes. I’ve had custom orders be wrong on more than one occasion, so usually keep an eye on things now. Overall great vibe, friendly staff, and good tunes playing.

First time visitor to this location, just left with the two sandwiches I ordered. Made it home to find that one of the two was CLEARLY old and had been sitting. It was completely soggy, to the point where it had to be thrown away…. I suspect this is why the young lady behind the counter couldn’t look me in the eye and was quite short when she handed me my bag. My mistake was ordering outside from the parking lot and not going in to watch them prepare the food. Will be skipping this location from this point on.

Bad hyegene. I paid cash, person had gloves on and they didn’t change gloves to prepare food. They got defensive when I complained about it. Worker is supposed to was hands then put gloves on. I forgave them and came back here again. They put on gloves without washing hands. Since they are consistent repetitive offenders i will be coming back video record and upload to youtube to public shame.

Gets order correctly 50% of the time, closes early and online order doesn’t work properly. Sometimes the tomatoes appears stale/old.

Made my order on their app easy and convenient and was able to pick up right on time during my lunch break, only thing is that I was missing the pickle I had ordered and paid for and got back to work realizing I had no pickle for my sandwich! I was so excited for that pickle!!
