It was a place with good Brazilian food, especially accounting for the buffet price. Service was great, but can be a little frustrating if you do not understand Brazilian culture. The atmosphere is where it does not sit well with me. The restaurant is posed as a higher-end dining experience, but they have a bar/pub next to it, with no physical blockage, so everything mixes as the night goes on. They also have a dance club, and that is separated from the others, so it works well. The catch though is that they use the bar area as a pre-game for the lounge.

Wonderful family-owned Brazilian steak house. All the trimmings with some of the best beef stateside, caved tableside of course. Fresh, crisp earthy decor complimented by warm friendly service.

20% tips are not optional and they don’t even inform you of that, you’ll only notice if you check your bill. Our service wasn’t even close to good but we had to give them a $30 tip. Our bill came with prices completely different from the menu, i asked the waitress and she told me it was an old menu. Then why did they give it to us?? Also, I thought this restaurant was brand new, how come they are already raising prices?? The issue wasn’t even the price of the food, we were never informed the menu wasn’t accurate. The food was nothing special, I don’t recommend this place at all. There are a lot of good Brazilian steak houses in the area. Plenty of good options, and this is not one of them!!

Never going back . Let’s start with the service. The waitress was rude It took them more than 2 hours to bring any food . When the food finally was served it was cold and missing items. Finally, when came time to pay they charged us gratuity. Which is fine if they had any warning before hand informing us about such charges. 20 percent added to bad service, bad and missing food . Also keep in mind when you’re ordering a regular Juice, they will charge for a virgin cocktail. The menu says $5 for the Juice but they they didn’t “update” their menu and no longer have the juice so you’re paying $11 for a cocktail instead . Update your menu or honor the charges . I will be making a complaint with the BBB.

We were there for 3 hours. Took an hour for our food to come out and it was cold and missing items. After we ate it took another hour to get the bill, when I asked her if she could bring it out because we had to go out waitress said she was busy and would get there when she could. When we received the check they automatically add a 20% TIP and refuse to change that amount. She charged my friend 11$ for juice because they don’t have “juice” just alcohol free drinks so you pay the price of a alcoholic beverage. Overall horrible experience. Will not be back.

When I called to ask if they accept take out orders, a woman picked up the phone who’s tone of voice was an overlapping combination of both confused and irritated. I’m unable to share the reasoning for her somewhat unconventional approach to customer service in this review due to the fact that I don’t speak a word of Portuguese, and she didn’t know a word of English (my assumption of her tongue stems from my having heard the language spoken in the past and this being a Brazilian steakhouse). Also, as a point of clarification, I did double check to make sure I called the number provided under the business listing, prior to publicly writing this place off and allotting them the lowest possible star rating.
