Well I Went at About 5:00 pm , Thinking Maybe Okay, They May Be a Little Busier So Food Will Be Fresher ( logical thinking, right?) Well I Sure Was So Wrong Chicken Strips Were Horrible tasted like they were cooked in old nasty grease and they were hard, fries were nasty as well. No Toast Either, What kinda mess is that. Food was good. Wait time is insane. It will be months before I EVER go to this store again. If you live 2 hours away and your starving just keep driving. You’ll be glad you did. It took 45 mins. And all we ordered was ice cream. The asst manager did apologize so I’ll give credit where it’s due. I love Dairy Queen however I will literally eat anywhere else or not eat at all rather than go here again until the wait times are addressed.

Where to begin? The ambiance? The cleanliness? The customer service? The parking availability? The banana spilt split my brain in half with it’s perfect balance of whip cream, pineapple, strawberry’s, and chocolate. The warmth of the banana matching the coolness of the ice cream, impeccably done. Would recommend. Would crawl over used needles across America for this DQ.

Although the line was long and the wait time was also. Miles, could be seen doing everything to keep the line moving. Walking to cars with drinks taking payment to the building. Friendly and amazing. I’d wait in a long line if I knew Miles was working. Highly deserving of a raise/promotion. Thank you! Having outstanding customer service can change any attitude, many places will be busy and lack in that department. This place however, nailed it.
