I don’t know why I keep trying this place out every couple weeks. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. They have plenty of staff but the food takes forever, my mobile order food never comes out right. I’m not sure if they constantly have new employees that don’t know what they’re doing or employees that just don’t care.

I visited this location on March 6 at 3:20 PM and received the most ridiculous service ever. I took a shortcut as though there are no concrete pillars that totally block it off to get to the drive-through and was told that they could not serve me unless I drove around the correct way. I feel like this was totally inappropriate and it’s something that could be told to me at the window instead of making me drive all the way around the building again the employee was terribly rude and I do not appreciate this kind of service. I will not return to this Dunkin’ Donuts, nor will I let any of my family.
