My husband went into the lobby to order food to go, ordered 2 chicken wrap combos and ended up waiting over an hour. They were NOT short staffed nor busy. Tried to hand him only one of the orders and stated they “hooked him up” with a large fry for the wait in which he informed them that they did not include the second combo so they made the second one and told him they were not including the fries since they gifted him a large order of fries. Food was cold and was missing some of the ingredients. Last time we went to this location they charged us $48 for a $20 family bucket. Will never return. Could have went anywhere else in town and had our food much faster.

Very poor service. When asked for a moment to decide what we wanted we were asked “do you at least know if you’re eating here or taking it out?” While ordering, lady was very short with us and at the end of the order, we only had 4 of our 5 drinks. When asked about the missing drink, we were told “well I’ve been pulling them out as you ordered so obviously one of the orders did not have a drink.” After correcting, the lady, who very clearly did not want to work there, quickly told us to pay and waved us off.

Hade a chicken breast with two sides, coleslaw and Mac n cheese. Chicken was good and Mac… Well you can’t beat Mac n cheese. But the coleslaw was off. They’re napkins had more character than the worker that took our order.

Extremely slow, asked for a couple extra chicken due to the long wait. Was told “we need to have enough for everyone”. Then I knew my order was being prepared when I watch the counter person purposely pick through the chicken for all the smallest drumsticks and thighs. Would recommend going somewhere else, this one is NOT the KFC you remember.

I use to work there so I can indeed say this.Don’t go to this kfc you will get food posioning.There cook named Jimmy never fully cooks the chicken and overcooks the popcorn.Due to the cook being almost the only literal cook working there,they refuse to fire him even after he tried throwing hands and threatened a friend who worked there.If you want true KFC its worth going downtown for it instead.
