I am 8 months pregnant and all I crave is fried pickles and zaxbys never disappoints me, but today I was so disappointed and unsatisfied!!!! My fried pickles were drowning in oil and grease!!! I tried to use paper towel but it’s like they put all the grease and oil in my box!!! I couldn’t even eat them I would’ve been sick. This is the only zaxbys I experienced this from!!! You should not serve food that you wouldn’t eat!!! So much grease and oil in my box I don’t even think this is edible

Has to be 1 of our few fast food places we still go to.. we do not go to fast food restaurants anymore except here and chicfila… everywhere has gotten so slack. Zaxbys workers are still pretty nice and try to get things right. The food has gotten very small!! The wings are hardly nothing anymore & the tenders are getting smaller everytime too! They use to pile you up with fries, now you better place a side order of fries because they will barely give you any fries! But overall I will continue to eat here sometimes! The food is still pretty good & the people are still nice!

Drove out of my way to stop here,sign on door, and website says closes at 10, I pulled up at 9:15, they were washing floor. She said we are closed, I asked what time, she stopped and looked at clock and said oh, 9:00.

The food at this Zaxbys is always good. However, the long wait times and the not so friendly staff here makes the wait almost unbearable. The staff here could stand some sensitivity training and also learn to be a little nicer to the folks who are here spending their hard earned money. Again the food is great, but wait times and service makes this a hard location to visit.
