I don’t eat at subway that often, but these are some of the worst built, sloppiest subs I have been served. Please go to a place where they know/care how to make a proper subs. Don’t order from this location.

I have never had such bad service in my life. I go to this location because it is by my house but every time I go they mess up my order. They look so unfriendly and they never seem to want to work. How is there no lights on at 9pm when they close at 10. And why do they not have supplies. Have a list of items they didn’t have. How do you not have ham???? A manager needs to address this horrible service and someone needs to be held accountable. Horrible representation for a SUBWAY.

past couple times I have ordered here, the bread has been stale and hard. Other subways you can tell bread is so much fresher. I feel like they are fine serving you old bread that was not made the same day you visit. Quality sucks here compared to other west side subways

I pulled up to the drive thru, no answer. I drove up to the window and there was a van in front of me. Once it was my turn to order, I just got ignored by two employees that walked past me. I called to ask if someone can help me at the drive thru and they hung up on me twice. I waited around seven minutes and finally decided to order inside establishment. I asked if drive thru was operating and I was told they ignore the drive thru when it is busy inside!? I was told toaster/oven is out of order as well as drink fountain. Service was lousy and associate with head set on was taking a phone order. She was writing the order & kept rolling her eyes as if she were really annoyed.Very dissapointed, I will not be back!!!

Drive thru has a sign to go into lobby to order ,i go to door to order Door is locked i came to eat at 8:45 pm on Tuesday and employee states they are closed at only accept orders online and thru the app only but the sign on the door says hour of operation open until 10 pm . Poor management allowing this to happen ,what if someone dosent have there phone on them ?

I hope the time shows up as I post this review. As you can see I’m posting this at 940 pm, I visited this establishment at 930pm. To find the doors locked with the sign directing me to the drive through as I drove around they turned of most lights inside the restaurant. When I got to the drive through speaker I spoke into it for the last 6 minutes and no answer. I drove back around to find two workers cleaning and mopping and putting food away. I have no issue with people going home early but Instead of telling me that they are close they wasted my time. The posted schedule says they close at ten. Avoid this location like the plague.

Worst subway I’ve been to yet. They have a drive thru which I thought would be fast. Waited for 5 minutes then parked and went inside. Only two employees I saw were around 20 years old, NO manager in sight. Order a foot long which was fine and 3 cookies, Two macadamia nut and one oatmeal raisen. All 3 looked to be burnt after I got home. The 2 macadamia nut turned out to be peanut butter. Good thing I don’t have a peanut allergy. This is what you get (1 star) when you have kids operating your Subway.

I walked in order a sandwich got moldy bread like extremely moldy and chips cookies and soda fountain was not stocked even though there were three of them working they seemed to have the new hire doing all the work and instead of helping him they just let him drown in the workload overall unsatisfactory with this experience and not worth the $15 I spent for lunch here

Do not recommend this location. Went at 8pm on a Thursday when they are suppose to close at 10pm but the door was closed and no one helping drive thru. I look inside and see employees seating around eating and having fun. If you care about your time, money and energy I don’t recommend this location.
