Food is good when they get it right but more than half the time the order is incorrect. This time when we called about it the 1st call they couldn’t find the online order even with spelling my name 2nd call i gave them the ticket number and she hung up on me 3rd call they finally took my name down to get a replacement at a later time but the manager on the phone had an attitude. Very disappointed.

I called to place a small catering order. When the first rep answered I asked to verify I was calling the right location and she hung up. Called a second time and spoke to a guy. He verified the address then hung up when I tried explaining I needed to place a catering order. I called a third time and spoke to a different guy. I told him I needed to place a small catering order and he hung up on me. What a terrible experience. I’m in town for work and I was trying to treat the staff for tonight’s shift. I use Jersey Mike’s for staff treats at my home location so I know this isn’t normal and is simply part of this locations culture. If there is another Jersey Mike’s in Appleton, use that location instead.

Usually my experience is very good and I love the Philly. I learned something on my latest trip there. Apparently it is impossible to cut a giant sub into 3 peices. “There is just no way to do it” said the cook. He then proceeded to put waaaaaayyyyy too much chipotle sauce on my sub. Overall my experiences there have been positive so I will just chalk this one up as an outlier.

The minute you walk in the door, the yummy smell will have you wanting to order one of everything. They are on the up side of prices for fast food, but well worth it. The staff is always prompt to take your order, and friendly. I recommend getting a cookie or brownies at the checkout. I am hooked as a customer for life~

I signed up for the MyMikes Rewards club over a year ago. On my birthday I never received the points for the free sub. The next day I sent a message to the company through the app asking about it. I never received a response. So I went to the store in person. All they told me was there was nothing they could do for me if I didn’t have the email or the points in the app. They did the same thing to me last year, too! Don’t advertise a free sub on your birthday if you aren’t going to follow through with it. Not sure why they didn’t just offer to make me one, anyways. No compassion and terrible customer service. They should be trying harder since there are 3 other sub shops within walking distance that their angry customers can go to instead. Thank you for ruining my birthday.

It was my first time eating there and I was really impressed! The customer service was outstanding and worth mentioning first. I was also very impressed by the food, but especially the bread. It was just the right kind of soft so that it didn’t overpower the ingredients of the sandwich itself. Will be back soon
