A group of us (18 people) went to Grady’s for date night. We called in advance to give them a heads up. They kindly offered us the party room. We were going on a bike ride before heading to the restaurant. So most of us were able to put in our order before we left on our bikes.

Ordered a meat lover pizza to go and very specifically said NO TOMATO SAUCE to not even it get near tomato sauce. I am HIGHLY allergic (EpiPen the whole nine yards). What did they do? Tomato sauce all on the pizza. When I called about it they said the only options where remake the pizza or refund. Both of those options caused me to not only waste gas but take time off (because I had used my lunch break to pick up food the first time) to go back and fix their mistake. I will NOT be going here ever again. This has been a horrible experience and their response to their own mistake has been abysmal. They should be ashamed of themselves for $26.00 and some change you would expect better.

Grady’s are not like they use to be plenty of topping great service and good pizza!! None of that exist anymore throughout 2023 burnt pizza,staff with attitudes and poor service!!! The last poor experience was Aug 23 2023

the service was great. the pizza was not the best. We usually love Gradys pizza. The appetizer was over cooked we ordered the sampler. The wings were fried too hard and the fried. mushrooms were just bad. We ordered lg Charlie’s favorite and a med beef it was just disappointing. It was almost closing time so maybe the cook was tired.

We will not be ordering food here again. It was my first time visiting and we ordered our meal to go. I was super hungry so we got a variety of items. ALL but the chicken wings were terrible. The pizza was like cardboard, I’ve had better from the frozen food section at the grocery store. The “alfredo” as it’s called was just buttered noodles. They claim their alfredo sauce is homemade but it had absolutely no flavor. The chili had an odd taste like they added too much liquid smoke, I did not appreciate it at all. The boneless wings were fine and the only item we finished. I was so disappointed and sadly still hungry. UPDATE: I’ve noticed if you give a bad food review they don’t even bother on commenting.

Will not return due to a worker who got an attitude because of a question we was asking and slam her hand down real hard because she can’t handle answering a question. She was very rude and unprofessional. I luv their salad but I paid extra for something I didn’t get on my salad and the wing were cooked to hard. Every time we go there the food is always messed up. So over all they are very rude and unprofessional.
